How much time does it take for the beginning of my logo design project?
Just after receiving the payment, we will initiate the work on your design project.
What is the time period of receiving the logo design questionnaire?
The questionnaire will be sent to your registered etsy email address, in the time period of 24 business hours.
How much time does it take to complete the logo design process?
The initial draft generation process will take about 4-5 business days and the revisions(if required) can take up to 1-2 business days.
What does the concepts mean?
Concepts are the no. of options we will design for you to choose from and then we will provide unlimited revisions on the selected one.
What number of revisions will I get during the process?
Unlimited! We believe in the satisfaction of our customers, so we will keep revising the selected design until you are completely satisfied.
What if all of the initial designs fail to impress me?
We will gather some more information from you and will again present you with different design options.
In which formats will you provide the final logo?
We will provide the finalized logo in cdr, eps, ai, pdf, png, and jpeg formats.
What is meant by the Custom illustration logo design?
Any custom hand-drawn sketch of a character or pet or any image will be considered as the Custom illustration logo.
100% Refund Policy
Yes, We do offer 100% Refund if you are not satisfied with the initial designs.
You can ask for the refund before asking the revisions, Once you asked the revisions on the designs – NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED – RUSH ORDERS & CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS ORDERS ARE NOT ENTITLED for the REFUND AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
We try our best to be as clear as we can in our listing’s descriptions and process But If you still have any questions. please feel free to contact us.
You will have 30 days to finalize the project. If you become inactive without notice, after the 30 days your order will be considered abandoned and completed, no refund/work will be due.

All designs provided to clients are based on the client questionnaires. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure your business name is cleared & that the logo & branding (if applicable) does not bear similarity to the branding of similarly named businesses or related industries.
Pre-made logos are re-sold in our shop, and may not be trademarked or considered one-of-a-kind or unique.
Custom logo & branding orders are based solely on information that a client provides to us, and designs are created from scratch based on that information. No designs provided as reference will be duplicated.
